Pole Dancing Classes
This is an exercise class incorporating the graceful art of pole dancing.
After a warm up & stretch you’ll learn a simple routine with basic tricks and spins. You’ll get chance to practise on the pole & learn how to safely climb it! We’ll cooldown & stretch.
This is a fun, supportive class focusing on building confidence in performing the artistic style of pole dancing.
It is not a strip tease class and you will not be required to remove any clothing.
It is advised you wear a regular top worn in any exercise class with shorts/hot pants to allow your legs to grip the pole. Most people feel a little self conscious at first but after a while you’ll soon forget as you get into the class.
This class is great for burning calories & strengthening body tone.
